SDO LAS PIÑAS CONDUCTS DIVISION COLLOQUIUM OF APPLICATION PROJECT

          In line with  Governance of Basic Education Act of 2001 (Republic Act 9155) that specifies that a school head shall be both an instructional leader and administrative manager and The Enhanced Basic Education Act of 2013 (Republic Act 10533) that stipulates that school heads shall undergo workshops and training to enhance their skills on their role as ACADEMIC, ADMINISTRATIVE and COMMUNITY LEADERS, the Department of Education through the National Educators Academy of the Philippines (NEAP) and the Human Resource Development of the Regional Office rolled out the School Head Development Program: Foundation Course from September 2016 and shall culminate in May 2017.

          This year, with the earnest desires of Dr. Loreta B. Torrecampo, CESO V through Mrs. Eugenia V. Guerra, ensure that all application projects must pass the screening test of SDO Las Piñas prior to implementation and presentation in the Region.  The chosen school heads who will represent SDO Las Piñas in the School Head Development Program in May 2017 are Mrs. Aileen O. Ballaran (Pulanlupa Elementary School), Mrs. Jocelyn C. Balome (Zapote Elementary School), Mr. Ronaldo B. Lara (Pilar Village Elementary School) and Mr. Alejandro G. Esperanza (Las Piñas National High School – Almanza).  The different presentations of the schools heads are witnessed by the Education Program Supervisors and the Public Schools District Supervisors.
